This large . luxury property is on the oceanside of motu Toopua, a volcanic islet southeast of the main island of Bora Bora located across the lagoon from the main town of Vaitape.

The resort is nested against the hill facing the reef and the ocean and therefore doesn't offer any view of the island of Bora Bora or the inner lagoon. A broad white sand beach of over 600 yards long borders the property. The 120 luxury suites are located on 16 acres of the terraced hillside and over the water of a private cove. All suites are air-conditioned (see below for list of amenities).

All the luxuriously appointed bungalows are almost identical (except for the Royal Suites) with a bedroom separated by a sliding panel from a small living room with a couch . The bathrooms are very large and decorated with rich, natural woods, marble and French bath fixtures and bathtub.
